Take some time for yourself while you practice yoga with your friends and neighbors. It’s a great opportunity to improve your flexibility, strength, balance and range of motion as you practice. Class may also include yoga breathing and short meditations to help reduce stress and calm your mind.

My personal wellness journey began when I started practicing Yoga. I discovered that Yoga is a practice of breath, movement and relaxation that can improve your flexibility, strength, balance and overall personal well-being. My journey evolved, and in the summer of 2018 I completed my Yoga Teacher Certification. In 2020, I became certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.
