Mindful yoga focuses on awareness of the present moment through movement, breath, and mindful attention to your body. This class will focus on increasing flexibility, strength and balance in your body. Class will be taught to accommodate all levels.

These documents are vitally important in the event you become incapacitated and cannot make decisions for yourself. A Health Care Directive (akin to the old "Living Will") is a legal document that communicates your health care wishes and allows you to name someone to make health care decisions for you when you cannot speak for yourself. A Power of Attorney allows you to choose someone to handle your finances and property and is effective immediately upon signing. In this class, you will prepare both of these documents so you won't end up without these important legal plans in place. Leave class with two notarized documents and give yourself and your loved ones peace of mind.

Kindergarten-2nd grade Here is a great opportunity for the wrestler who has a year or two under their belt and just is not ready to commit to competition. Practices will be held twice a week for one hour in duration. These practices are also open to watch. The suggested age/grade for this session is kindergarten (if they already have some experience), first grade, and beginner second graders. During this session we encourage kids to participate in local tournaments selected by the coaches. The competition is not required but highly recommended. Entry fees to select tournaments are covered by the wrestling club. At this option warmups are optional. Information will be sent out by New Prague Wrestling. Practices are held two times a week for an hour and a half each practice. The suggested age/grade is 1-3. If you are new to the sport in grades k-2 you should look into option 2 as a starting point. Warm-ups are required at this level, information will be sent out by New Prague Wrestling. Dates, Times, and Location are subject to adjustments. Any changes will be communicated by coaches. All ages Back by popular demand!! The first Tuesday-Thursday of each month in October and May enjoy an Outdoor Story Walk with your child(ren) on your own schedule, during daylight hours. The Outdoor Story Walk will be at a local establishment. Parents and children will be able to get outdoors for some exercise, while also enjoying a story and lots of fun, related activities. Once you complete the walk, we invite you to sign our guest book and pick out a prize! This event is free. Donations are welcomed. However, registration is required so we have enough supplies. One week prior to Story Walk, you will receive an email with details about the walk (location of walk, book title, activities to do with your child related to the book and other important details.)

Co-taught by an early childhood teacher, an ECSE teacher, and a parent educator, this class will offer guidance on advocacy, child development, and practical tools for home and school success.
