About Red Cross Water Safety Instructor

If you love the water and love working with kids, this is a great opportunity for you! Participants will receive certification to teach swim lessons through the Red Cross Learn to Swim program. Must be at least 16 years of age upon completion of the course, lifeguard training is not required. There is an online component to the class that will be sent out a week before the in-person date, this must be completed prior to attending class. Certification will be awarded following completion of the entire training consisting of the online homework plus in-the-water training.
