Chocolate Truffles, Creamy Caramels
Decadent, smooth, rich chocolates and creamy, melt-in-your-mouth caramels are a must have for the upcoming holiday season - or really for anytime! This hands-on class will teach you how to make simple truffles, filled bon bons and caramels. Come learn to work with chocolate and caramel, make a sweet gift, or just have fun. Please bring a container and wax or parchment paper to bring your treats home in.
If you would like to bring an additional person to class to help prepare your treats, you may add them to your registration for an extra $5. You will work together from one set of ingredients.

Heather has many years of experience teaching and tutoring popular cooking and gardening classes to individuals of all ages. She has a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education. When not teaching, Heather enjoys spending time with her family or in her own kitchen. Her passions include her family (husband and 3 children), serving, living simply and fully in the moment, and eating tasty yet healthy foods. In her limited free time, she is found watching soccer games, being an uber mom, gardening, biking, camping or trying to finish a good book.
