Gluten Free Breads
Join a hands-on class for all things gluten free! Do you need a good pancake recipe or want a chewy bread like ciabatta? Maybe your muffins are too heavy or you have craved a good soft pretzel? Come for tasting of all things yummy but free of wheat, rye and barley. The evening will conclude with creating muffins or the dough for bread. Bring a container for dough or a muffin tin to class.
If you would like to bring an additional person to class to help prepare your dish, you may add them to your registration for an extra $5. You will work together from one set of ingredients.
