Small Group Yoga & Personal Training Package

Looking for a fitness routine tailored exactly to your needs? These small group yoga and personal training sessions offer coaching designed around your specific goals - whether that is building strength, increasing flexibility, improving balance, or boosting cardio endurance. Each package includes 4 one-hour sessions that can combine gentle yoga, mat pilates, sculpt with weights, and TRX suspension training. Sessions are available Monday-Friday for ages 16+.

How it works:

  1. Select your small group members (min. 3, max. 8)
  2. Have one person complete the registration process, listing all participating group members. 
  3. Our instructor will contact you to develop your goals and schedule your sessions.
  4. Payment will be collected at the time of scheduling and must be received in full 48 hours prior to the first session date.
