Small Group Yoga & Personal Training Package
Looking for a fitness routine tailored exactly to your needs? These small group yoga and personal training sessions offer coaching designed around your specific goals - whether that is building strength, increasing flexibility, improving balance, or boosting cardio endurance. Each package includes 4 one-hour sessions that can combine gentle yoga, mat pilates, sculpt with weights, and TRX suspension training. Sessions are available Monday-Friday for ages 16+.
How it works:
- Select your small group members (min. 3, max. 8)
- Have one person complete the registration process, listing all participating group members.
- Our instructor will contact you to develop your goals and schedule your sessions.
- Payment will be collected at the time of scheduling and must be received in full 48 hours prior to the first session date.
