Line Dancing for Beginners

Grab your friends and let’s get together for a little fun and exercise! Line dancing is a low impact activity that provides excellent therapeutic exercise for our body, mind, and soul. We will learn a variety of line dance steps to current and classic country music, as well as pop and rock. Over this 10-week course, we will progress from basic to more advanced steps. There may even be an opportunity for a field trip to line dance at a local establishment. Please be sure to wear supportive shoes. Hope to see you all on the dance floor!

My name is Jane Breeggemann and my favorite pastime is line dancing. I find that line dancing brings physical activity and exercise to a new enjoyable an invigorating level. It brings joy to my entire body, mind, and soul. Over the past 10 years of teaching line dancing to beginners of all ages I find immense happiness in sharing my passion.
