This is a great option for younger wrestlers. Practices will be held once a week and are 45 minutes in length. Suggested age groups for this are Pre-K - Kindergarten wrestlers. Practices are more laid back and are open to parent watch. Sign up to have a lot of fun while learning the basics of wrestling. Includes a NP Wrestling t-shirt. Warm-ups are not required at this level. 

Informational parent meeting on Wednesday, October 30th at New Prague High School from 5:30-7pm, we will break-out after about 30 minutes to meet separately with Girls 1 and Option 1 and 2 parents.

Dates, Times, and Location are subject to adjustments. Any changes will be communicated by coaches.
