New Prague Youth Wrestling

Option 1 –Beginning Wrestlers
For children who are new to wrestling
Best for: PreK boys and girls and Kindergarten boys in their first year.

Option 2 – Developing Wrestlers
For young wrestlers with some experience who are continuing to build their skills.
Best for: Kindergarteners in their second year, 1st graders with 0–2 years of experience, and 2nd graders in their first year.

Practices: 2x/week for 1 hour
Competition: Optional
Warm-ups: Optional

Option 3 – Competition Group
For wrestlers ready for regular competition and travel.
Best for: 1st graders with 3+ years of experience, 2nd graders with 2+ years of experience, and 3rd graders.

Practices: 2x/week for 1.5 hours
Competition: Regular travel and competition expected
Warm-ups: Required

Option 4 –Advanced Competition Group
For older or more experienced wrestlers ready for a higher level of competition and training.
Best for: 4th–6th graders

Practices: 2x/week for 1.5 hours
Competition: Regular travel and competition expected
Warm-ups: Required

Dates, Times, and Location are subject to adjustments. Any changes will be communicated by coaches. 

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING

Plan to attend the mandatory parent meeting at the NP High School auditorium on Tuesday, October 27th. The timeline for the meeting:

6p-7p: Informational meeting in the auditorium

7p-7:30p: Question & Answer Session

7p-7:45p: Trojan Wrestling Apparel for sale
