Our Rec Team will practice on real obstacles inspired by the tv show such as warped walls, salmon ladders, tilting ladders and so much more during their weekly practice. Rec Team members will learn the styles and techniques to develop their Ninja Skills with over 40 different obstacles! Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic performance. All participants will be evaluated and timed on the first and last day of camp on several athletic tests. Campers should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle, snack, and wear athletic clothing and shoes.Summer 2026 -

DASH Sports: Multi-Sport CampOtherDASH Sports Summer Multi-Sport camp includes fun skills training and games in three sports: Soccer, Flag Football, and PE games. Athletes will spend roughly 1.5 hours learning and practicing each area per day. Also included daily are fun games such as Dodgeball, Capture the Flag, Kickball, and more! Camp ends with games/scrimmages the final day for each sport, where athletes can showcase their skills. Campers should wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle, a snack, and athletic shoes and clothing. Our "Try Girls Hockey" clinics at the NPACC are designed specifically for newcomers in grades K-5.We believe every girl should have the chance to fall in love with the sport. That’s why we offer a relaxed, supportive environment where the focus is on fun and basic movement. For only $15 per two-day session, we provide the hockey gear—you just bring the energy!
