Adult Competitive VolleyballHealth & FitnessThis is for the experienced volleyball player who is looking for fast-paced, highly competitive games. Teams are formed each evening. To be able to offer a competitive level of play, it is recommended that players: Have experience playing on a competitive league team (college, high school, or other) Are comfortable playing a 3 hit sequence - pass, set, attack (spike) Can maintain control of the ball through effective forearm passes and legal hits (no lift, carry, throw of ball, or letting the ball come to rest) Can serve efficiently, with the majority of serves getting over the net and into play PLEASE NOTE: Registration is required. Register for this course to be added to our activity group list for adults with unique abilities. Most social activities and events will be scheduled on the second Monday of the month from 2:00-3:30 pm. You are encouraged to attend all that interest you. The activities will help you meet other adults in the community and build friendships that can last a lifetime. We will send out regular emails and invitations to let you know what the upcoming activities will be.
