High School DivingAquatic Camps and ClinicsEntering 7th-12th grade Our High School Diving Camp is designed for athletes of all experience levels who are interested in joining or improving their skills for the high school swimming and diving team. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, this camp will help you refine your technique, build strength, and gain confidence on the boards. Led by experienced coaches, training will be tailored to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring each athlete is prepared for their upcoming season. Red Cross Lifeguard Certification CourseLifeguard CertificationAge: Students must be at least 15 years old by the last day of class. Note: there will be about 10 hours of required online coursework that needs to be completed prior to the start of class. This will be sent out to students approximately one week prior to the start of in-person training. Learn how to prevent, protect and respond in the event of an emergency in and out of the water with the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification Course. All lifeguarding participants must complete the required swimming skills prerequisite prior to taking the course. The prerequisite skills assessments include a swim-tread-swim and a timed event sequence. Throughout the course, participants will learn and be evaluated on knowledge and skills related to lifeguarding, water rescues, extrications, CPR and AED and First Aid. Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED which is valid for 2 years.Summer 2026 -
Red Cross Water Safety Instructor CourseRed Cross Water Safety InstructorThis course also known as WSI™ trains American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor candidates to teach courses and presentations in the Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program by developing their understanding of how to use the course materials how to conduct training sessions and how to evaluate participants’ progress. The courses and presentations include Parent and Child Aquatics Levels 1 and 2 Preschool Aquatics Levels 1 - 3 Learn-to-Swim Levels 1 - 6 three adult courses as well as the Basic Water Rescue and Personal Water Safety courses and more. To enroll instructor candidates must be at least 15 years of age on or before the last day of the instructor course and successfully complete the precourse session which includes demonstration of swimming skill at Learn-to-Swim Level 4.Summer 2026 -
Swimming Lesson Evaluation & Open SwimSwimming LessonsDuring this class time, swim instructors will be available to evaluate students individually to place in an appropriate level prior to registering for the next lesson session. In addition to the swim evaluation, participants are invited to enjoy a special open swim opportunity. Adults are invited to join the open swim time with their children at a cost of $5.00. There is no charge for FAC members. Pre-registration is required.Summer 2026 -

Your registration will be confirmed at that time. Private lessons: For children 3 years or older who are able to stand in shallow water unassisted. 1:1 ratio with instructor. Semi-private lessons: For 2 children from the same household who are ages 3 or older and are able to stand in shallow water unassisted. 2:1 ratio with instructor. REFUND POLICY: Full refunds are given when Community Education cancels a class. Refunds (less a $5 cancellation fee) will be issued when a participant cancels a registration by 4:00 pm, five (5) business days prior to the first day of class.Winter 2026 -
