Option 1 (Boys/Girls) - Perfect for young wrestlers Pre-K - KindergartenOption 2 (Boys/Girls) - Perfect for those that have a year or two under their belt. Practices held 2 times per week for 1 hour each practice. Competitions not required, but encouraged of coach recommends. Warm-ups optional at this level. Kindergarten - 2nd Grade.Option 3 (Boys/Girls) - Competition group. Expect travel to and compete on a regular basis. Practices held 2 times per week for 1.5 hours each practice. Warm-ups are required at this level. Suggested age is Grades 1 - 3.Option 4 (Boys/Girls) - Competition group. Expect to travel and compete on a regular basis.
