Sourdough BreadCulinarySourdough has become popular as a healthier alternative to regular white or whole wheat bread. Although it has comparable nutrients, the lower phytate levels mean it is more digestible and nutritious. The prebiotics also help to keep your gut bacteria happy, and it may be less likely to spike blood sugar levels. Come to this class to make a dozen sourdough muffins and go home with other bread recipes and a small amount of starter to continue making sourdough at home. Bring a quart glass jar with a lid to class and a container for your muffins.Fall/Winter 2026-27 -
