Somatic Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice that uses intentional breathing to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and restore mind-body balance. This 90-minute session offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self, helping you feel more grounded, clear, and emotionally resilient. Participants often leave feeling lighter, more present, and deeply supported from within. No prior experience needed - just a willingness to show up for yourself. Please bring a yoga mat and water, and any comfort items (bolster, blanket, eye mask, etc.) to help you feel relaxed and supported during the session.
