Somatic Breathwork Journey Session

Somatic Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice that uses intentional breathing to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and restore mind-body balance. This 90-minute session offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self, helping you feel more grounded, clear, and emotionally resilient. Participants often leave feeling lighter, more present, and deeply supported from within. No prior experience needed - just a willingness to show up for yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat and water, and any comfort items (bolster, blanket, eye mask, etc.) to help you feel relaxed and supported during the session.

Sonya Parks
Sonya is a trauma-informed Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Alignment Coach. A proud Minnesota native, she brings warmth, presence, and lived experience to her work - blending nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and holistic tools to support healing and resilience.
Her path to this work is personal. After years of navigating unresolved trauma and later burnout from her time in hospice care, Sonya found her way back to herself through breathwork, embodiment, and deep nervous system healing. This journey transformed her life - and now, she’s passionate about supporting others in doing the same.
Grounded in compassion and guided by lived experience, Sonya creates safe, supportive spaces for individuals to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their inner wisdom.
