This is a great option for younger wrestlers. Practices will be held once a week and are 45 minutes in length. Suggested age groups for this are Pre-K - Kindergarten wrestlers. Practices are more laid back and are open to parent watch. Sign up to have a lot of fun while learning the basics of wrestling. Includes a NP Wrestling t-shirt. Warm-ups are not required at this level. Dates, Times, and Location are subject to adjustments. Any changes will be communicated by coaches.
