New2026 Fall Season Cheerleading TryoutsDance & CheerTryouts for the 2026 Fall Season Cheer Team will be held June 8th - 10th. Monday and Tuesday are clinic days, where you will learn and practice the material needed for your tryout. Wednesday is the official tryout day, which will start at 6:00 pm. You will select a time slot for your tryout. More details below. Results will be posted on the New Prague Cheerleading socials and athletes will be contacted by Friday, June 12th at 7pm. Open to grades 9-12. Previous cheer experience is not required but a strong work ethic and commitment is! **You must participate in the tryout process to be able to register for the fall season. ACT PrepBrain BoostersAdvantage Educational Programs gives students the option of preparing for the ACT exam in three different ways: the In-School ACT Preparatory Course, Virtual ACT Preparatory Course or the Online ACT Preparatory Course. Courses are designed for students who want to maximize their ACT exam score, as well as those who feel uneasy about their test-taking skills or who have taken the exam and aren't satisfied with their results. In-School ACT Preparatory Course This course consists of four, three-hour classes that meet one day each week at one of our many school locations. The course includes diagnostic testing, instruction in time management, overcoming test anxiety, science reasoning, English strategies and review, essay writing, reading comprehension, and math strategies and review. Students enrolled in these classes not only benefit from personal instruction provided by our experienced instructors, but also have free access to our online course. The fee for this course is $180, with all class materials included. Virtual ACT Prep Course This course is designed for students who prefer to prep for the ACT in a virtual classroom. Four, three-hour classes are taught live via Zoom by an Advantage instructor. Internet connection and a tablet or computer is required. Fee for this course is $180. Self-Paced ACT Preparatory Course This course is an excellent alternative for any student unable to attend in-school classes or a student preferring to prepare for the ACT exam on their own and study at their desired pace. Once enrolled, students are sent an access code for their class via email. The fee for this course is $80. Repeating ACT Preparatory Course Students can make up any class they miss at other available class locations and may REPEAT any of the ACT prep courses by requesting the Self-Paced Online ACT Prep Course free of charge.Summer 2026 -

Band Jump StartMusic & TheatreThis is a great way to jump start the 5th grade band experience. During Band Jump Start, incoming 5th grade band students will learn how to put together and take apart their instrument safely, how to produce their first musical sound on their instrument, and how to read music. By the end of the week, students will be able to play their first song! While participation is not required, all incoming 5th grade band instrumentalists are encouraged to attend. Boys Ball Handling & Competition CampBasketballBoys entering Grades 3-12 in Fall of 2026 Athletes will learn various drills and techniques to improve their overall ball handling skills. There will be an emphasis on footwork in terms of squaring up, utilizing the pivot foot, and attacking the defense. Athletes will learn techniques to help them break pressure, create space, and attack the rim and they will also be put into competitive games where these skills will be utilized.Summer 2026 -

Our recreational league focuses on building a strong foundation of soccer fundamentals through a mix of creative practices and energetic, small-sided games. While staying active and healthy, players will do more than just work on their foot skills; they’ll learn the value of teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance. Our goal is to provide a positive environment where kids can build confidence, learn to work together, and navigate both success and failure with a great attitude. Join Our Coaching Team The success of this league depends on our wonderful volunteer coaches! Whether you are a soccer expert or a total beginner, we make it easy to help. We provide: Weekly, easy-to-follow drills and practice plans. An on-site supervisor to answer questions and offer support. A $25 promo code (per family) at the end of the season as a thank you. Athletes will have their shooting form individually analyzed. Boys Volleyball Spring SeasonVolleyballBoys in Grades 7-12 (Spring 2026) Join the New Prague High School Boys Volleyball program for the spring season of Minnesota State High School League sanctioned play. Teams expected: Varsity, JV, B-squad (additional teams may be added as numbers allow). Season includes approximately 14 weeknight matches, as well as 1-3 Saturday tournaments (depending on the team). Practices take place most weekday evenings that games are not scheduled. Players should expect a 5-6 day per week commitment. Contact Coach Sayuk (coachsayuk@gmail.com) with any questions. Additional Information: Uniform jerseys will be provided by the program, but each non-varsity player will be responsible for providing their own plain black athletic shorts.
