Athletes benefit from training in agility, power, perseverance, and resilience; attributes that all athletes strive to improve. Our Conquer Rec Team is designed for youth, ages 6-13 of all experience levels. Our Rec Team will practice on real obstacles inspired by the tv show such as warped walls, salmon ladders, tilting ladders and so much more during their weekly practice. Rec Team members will learn the styles and techniques to develop their Ninja Skills with over 40 different obstacles! This 8 weeklong Rec Team consists of 6 practices and 2 competitions.Fall/Winter 2026-27 -
Floor Hockey TYKESOtherFloor Hockey TYKES provides an engaging introduction to the sport. Players learn to stickhandle, pass, and shootthrough positive, skill-based games and drills. We provide all sticks and pucks; please bring a water bottle and athleticshoes. Golf SquadOtherGolf Squad is an after-school enrichment program focused on teaching the fundamentals of the game of golf as well as valuable life lessons. The students will learn the basics of the game, which include putting, chipping, full swing irons and full swing woods. They will also learn relationship building, proper etiquette and rules of the game.Fall/Winter 2026-27 -
Intro to NinjaOtherNinjas develop strength and agility during these sessions (8 weeks for session 1 and 6 weeks for session 2) by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles! Increase flexibility, coordination, and self-esteem that can be transferred into ninja levels testing or enhance other athletic performances. Jr. Trojans HockeyOtherIs your child interested in hockey, but you're not sure where to start? Or maybe you're a family who loves the sport but hesitant to make the commitment. The Junior Trojans program is designed to introduce girls and boys ages 4-8 to skating and basic hockey skills. Each session will include an off-ice and on-ice instructional portions.Participants are required to wear a bike/helmet on ice. Skate rental will be available. Hockey sticks and gear are not required but are welcomed. We will have a limited amount of equipment for use.Fall/Winter 2026-27 -
