Your Teen. Today’s World.

Parenting teens in today’s world can feel complicated, especially when concerns about substance use arise. This evening combines a screening of the documentary Together: Family Recovery with a practical, hope-filled conversation designed to help parents better understand the challenges teens face and how to respond in ways that maintain connection and strengthen the family.

  • What’s behind the “why” of substance use.
  • What are the early signs of substance misuse?
  • What substances are teens using today?
  • How can parents respond in ways that strengthen—not damage—the relationship.
  • Where can families turn for help when they’re concerned?
