Kelley Foehrkolb is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Behavior Specialist for Northfield Schools, bringing over 15 years of experience as a Special Education teacher before stepping into her current role. While she loved working in the classroom, she now finds great fulfillment in supporting teachers and students through behavior strategies, coaching, and professional development. Kelley is passionate about training and mentoring educators across Minnesota. She has developed and provided various professional learning opportunities, including "Navigating Behaviors", a week-long summer training for teachers in Southern Minnesota. This program helps districts build model special education classrooms and strengthen their behavioral support systems.
