Kinusaiga No-Sew Fabric Art
Adults (or 13+ with adult)
Slow down, get creative, and join us for what will become your new favorite hobby...Japanese-inspired Kinusaiga art! Come learn the relaxing process of turning fabric scraps into a beautiful, no-sew collage that has been described as “painting with fabric”. This is a fun collage craft that is a cross between quilting and stained glass windows. Your finished piece will be 8" x8", and will include a wood frame for display. All supplies are included in the class fee. Tools and extra fabric are available to take home if you don't finish your project during the class time.
PATTERN SELECTION & CUTTING
- Several patterns will be available to choose from in class. You will learn the entire process, from cutting your selected pattern into your board with an exacto-knife to helpful hints tucking fabric.
- If you would prefer not to cut your own pattern, a few precut options are available. Please notify us 1 week in advance if you prefer this option so the instructor has time to prepare the pattern for you.
