Intro to Ninja

Ninjas develop strength and agility during these sessions (8 weeks for session 1 and 6 weeks for session 2) by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles!
Increase flexibility, coordination, and self-esteem that can be transferred into ninja levels testing or enhance other athletic performances. All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer.
