If you want to be the best at anything, you need to put in more time and work harder than your opponents. This clinic, run by the current NPHS wrestling staff and current/former Trojan wrestlers, focuses on technique from all positions of wrestling. The intensity will be on the higher end with plenty of opportunity for fun! This is a great way to stay on the mat while also participating in other sports. The clinic will provide you the opportunity to learn and drill the techniques used by the NP Wrestling Program from the bottom up.
