Entering 7th & 8th grade in Fall 2025
Join district coaches for a program designed to improve your sport performance. Experience a comprehensive and systematic approach to addressing vital components involved in achieving optimal athletic performance.
The primary goal of the program is to develop a foundation for future athletic performance. We accomplish this by:
- Introducing and developing ground based and multi-joint movement patterns.
- Focusing on technique and skill development
- Use of developmentally appropriate loads
- A gradual addition of primary and auxiliary lifts
- Focusing on the creation of well-rounded athletes
This program is designed to improve overall athletic ability and to lay a foundation for future athletic endeavors. All 7th and 8th grade athletes interested in improving their overall athletic performance are highly encouraged to attend.
