If you are a girl and are interested in trying out the sport of wrestling, here is your chance! Girl's wrestling is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. The suggested age/grade for this session is kindergarten and up (PreK should join the Option One Session as co-ed). Warm-ups are not required for this level.

If a wrestler would like to add an additional practice per week, they can attend the option 4 Friday practice at the high school. This is a separate registration. This one-hour co-ed practice will be focused on strength, conditioning, agility and live wrestling. 

Note: Girls 1 is for those in K-3rd grade, except 3rd year wrestlers. Girls 2 is for those in 4th-8th grade or those 3rd year and beyond. Girls 2 would do fundraising and/or purchase warmups.

Dates, Times, and Location is subject to adjustments. Any changes will be communicated by coaches.

Mandatory Parent Meeting:  Wednesday, October 30th at New Prague High School from 5:30-7pm. 

After the meeting we will break out after about 30 minutes to meet separately with Girls 1, Option 1 & 2 parents.
