Experience exercise and joy in one! Dance freedom offers following simple choreography while embracing your own flow. This class is designed to increase movement, happiness and health and decrease stress. The 60 minute class will have 40 minutes of energetic dance followed by a cool down, meditation and breath work to integrate and connect us to our bodies. The music is a variety of upbeat, inspirational songs that makes our bodies want to dance and our hearts want to sing. All ages and experience levels welcome. We will be playing around with the use of drumsticks in some songs. Come for the movement, connection and the music! Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie or sit on and (optional) a blanket for warmth or comfort during the meditation portion. Drop-in class rates are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Parent/child rates are offered for adults bringing a child under the age of 18.
